Toe Nail Fungus and cracked and hard heel can be extremely embarrassing. Don't continue living your life covered up because of your feet. Watch this video and learn how and what to do to get your young healthy looking feet back again free of fungus. I will show you before and after pics of my feet and when this is all over you are going to be embarrassed that you lived with toe nail fungus for so long when you could have cured it with a simple trip to the grocery store.
To accelerate the process
To accelerate the process of repairing the heels and other hardened and or flakey skin, use a stone or file. You can find these in any grocery store in the hygiene department. Use the stone to scrape off the dead skin and then spray with vinegar and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Even better to soak your feet in the vinegar in a small tub or container. the longer the better. I use the spray in the demonstration because it's the easier faster way.
